You have to change your perspective when it comes to owning a home because it's not just a home it's an investment, look at your home as your bank account, feed it your money every month and rep all the benefits ex: tax benefits, you can change your withholdings monthly to get more on your checks, everymonth your principle will go down, your credit will increase, freedom to do as you please with your property, generate income with your property and right off a percentage of it. Overall, the money you put into your home will gain you atleast 10% on every dollar! Please tell me what percent your bank or landlord is giving you for your money.... I'll give you a hint, it's LESS THAN 1% ...... WOW!
