This one was for the Books, Alot of work done with this family which I enjoyed every min of, we timed our escrows just right with the sell of primary home which we startred updating over a year ago and replacement home in winters. I was able to get my Buyers their dream home which they thought wasn't even an option, we were rejected twice but I stayed relentless on this property because I knew home much they loved it. Long story short we closed this week at over 200k under asking price, Don't give up on your Dreams people find you a Realtor that believes in them! Congrats Chris/Jenn.
