Buyer - Fremont

I bought a home in Fremont in 2009. I was having a lot of trouble finding a home that matched my criteria, and when I did, there was too much competition. What impressed me most about Ray was his way to think outside of the box. He started researching homes that were no longer on the market, like expired listings or cancelled listings, etc. He found me a home that had not been on the market for months. He contacted the seller, the previous listing agent, and was able to get access to the property when there was not even a lock box or sign up. I really felt like we slipped under the radar. Long story short, we got a home that was not even on the market, and at price I was very happy with. Ray went above and beyond what I would have expected a Realtor to do. He was very professional, patient and resourceful. He also helped me with my upgrades and renovations once I moved in. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an Agent that will go that extra mile. It’s been three years since I bought my home and we still talk.
