As of late 2024 and early 2025, Food & Winehas highlighted Sacramento's culinary scene, which has gained a Michelin spotlight and is increasingly recognized for its innovative, farm-to-fork approach.

 • The Kitchen Restaurant: A fine-dining staple in Sacramento since 1991, The Kitchen offers a unique, interactive dinner-party experience. It was awarded a Michelin star in 2019 and continues to book up months in advance.
