This is a brief video on Home inspections, Its Important to get home inspections when purchasing any home to get the true value of the home as far as its condition and any needed Repairs. When getting an Inspection the Inspector will classify the report into two sections, Sec 1 is structural, Health & Safety, wood destroying pest, big ticket items and Sec 2 is more cosmetic issues like loose door handles, leaky facets or anything that can become a troublesome issue in the future if not corrected.
